A dog lover from Ukraine was one of the people who saw the video of a homeless husky. She took pity on the dog and immediately set out to look for him. She searched for a long time before she finally found the dog.
She took her dog away from the street and brought him to a veterinarian’s clinic. The vet treated the dog against fleas and ticks. She also took the husky to a grooming salon, and he behaved so well that he got treats.
Abandoning your dog is a very cruel thing to do. It is not only a form of animal abuse but also a form of animal neglect. People leave their pets behind for many reasons, but most often it’s because they can no longer afford to care for them or they’re moving out and have to leave them behind.
The problem with this is that there are so many stray dogs on our streets that need help. Many people do not want to adopt them because they think that it is too expensive and hard to take care of them. Abandoned dogs typically don’t have food or shelter.
This makes it challenging for them to survive. Sadly, there are already thousands of stray dogs living in our communities today, and this number keeps growing every day. The problem with stray dogs is that they are a danger to the community, especially children.
They can bite and spread rabies. Stray dogs can also cause traffic accidents if they cross the road while chasing after cars or motorcycles. These animals pose a threat to public health because they have no place to go to the bathroom and therefore leave feces all over the place.
This can lead to diseases such as salmonella. So, if you are a responsible dog lover who wants to help reduce the stray dog population in the world, then you might want to consider adopting a dog from a shelter.
