Joule suffers from severe separation anxiety whenever her human parents leave the house for work or errands. Joule’s dad shared that their dog would start whimpering like a crazy pup as soon as they head out the door.
Luckily, Joule has a cat brother named Kelvin, who keeps her company whenever her humans are away. The fur-parents wanted to feel more reassured that their fur-babies are alright at home when they are away, so they set up a security camera at every possible corner available.
Joule and Kelvin’s mom noticed that her fur-babies seem to get along because she always finds them in the same room together. However, she and her partner never realized how much time their two pets spent together until they installed the security cameras.
The couple immediately started watching the security footage as soon as it was installed and saw that Kelvin jumped on the couch, started rubbing up on Joule, and mushing his face into hers. The clip blew their minds because they were not expecting Kelvin to cuddle up with Joule.
The fur-mom shared that it was always Joule who would jump up on the couch first, then comes Kelvin shortly afterward. She noticed that it takes a little bit while before her two fur-babies get situated into the perfect position, but they would quickly fall asleep once they do.
The fur-mama also said that it was like clockwork every day because it always happens whenever they leave for work. Kelvin would always massage Joule on the couch every time he feels she is anxious and uneasy.
The fur-dad noticed that Joule eventually started getting more used to him and his girlfriend leaving and not being filled with anxiety after spending the whole day alone with Kelvin. The fur-parents shared how thankful they are that Kelvin helped Joul and was so patient with her.
