Faye Chandler described her Cockerspaniel and Poodle mix, Max, as an inquisitive dog who has a mind of his own and loves getting into trouble whenever he feels that no one is looking. However, she adores her furbaby despite being a complete troublemaker because he is the craziest, funniest, and kindest doggo.
Faye recalled that she finished placing an art print order on eBay when she needed to go into the other room to work on something. She placed her phone down on the couch without locking the screen, thinking that it will be in the same spot untouched.
Max got excited as soon as he saw the couch unoccupied because he could finally have it all for himself. Faye recalled seeing Max jumping up and down, plopping his bum to where her phone was, used it as a cushion, and settled like a babby.
Faye went back to her usual spot and was surprised to see a notification saying that her item has been shipped. It turns out that Fate unknowingly placed an order for an old 1745 letter from a certain Charles Edward Stuart, otherwise identified as Bonnie Prince Charlie.
The letter, which was written at the beginning of the Jacobite Rebellion, requested assistance for Charles’ crusade in restoring the House of Stuart to England’s throne. Faye checked the order placed without her knowledge and found out that her initial purchase did not have anything to do with Bonnie Prince Charlie.
Faye immediately looked at Max and found him staring at her with his big, brown, googly eyes, and knew right away that her fur baby made the purchase using his butt. She immediately contacted the seller to say that her order was incorrect, but they replied that it was correct.
Faye said that she did not challenge the sale any further and decided to keep Max’s accidental online purchase instead. She hung the print on Max’s crate, where they could both look and laugh at it together.
